They’re essential for modern life as they provide the space and time for you to prioritise yourself—emotionally, mentally and physically. Wellness is an active process of making decisions that ultimately lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

This retreat is a place for focusing on the energy of our bodies through meditation, Kundalini breathwork and ThetaHealing®. ThetaHealing® is a powerful energy that clears old beliefs and patterns of behaviour that no longer serve us.
We will visit the sacred wells and beautiful sights of Glastonbury, walk up The Tor as well as having some time out for yourself. All of this is set around the wonderful accommodation at a B&B which is walking distance from the centre, and delicious food in the variety of cafes and restaurants.
This is a time to quiet your mind and give yourself an energy boost, leaving the retreat feeling lighter and with a more enlightened sense of self.
