This retreat is a place for focusing on the energy of our bodies through Kundalini breathwork and understanding and removing negative repetitive patterns that no longer serve you.
We will be staying in a wonderfully comfortable B&B in the centre of Glastonbury aptly named The Priestess House! We will visit the sacred wells and beautiful sights of Glastonbury, walk up The Tor, as well as having some time out for yourself.
Co-hosts Julia Melville and Jennifer Main will be delivering valuable, practical exercises, fun activities and intentional energetic detox.
This is a time to quiet your mind and give yourself an energy boost. We know that your time is precious and this retreat is all about going deep in a short amount of time, leaving you with practical takeaways to take home.
