Reflections: A Kundalini Yoga Retreat in Dunkeld

What an incredible weekend we had at Eastwood House for our retreat.  Filled with the amazing energy of Kundalini Yoga and group connections.

Eastwood House is set in beautiful gardens just outside Dunkeld on the banks of the River Tay.  It is so peaceful and at this time of year the colours are incredible - vibrant green beech trees, purple lilac, fuchsia pink rhododendrons and carpets of bluebells in the woods behind to name a few.  And a wonderful surprise that the owners have two KuneKune pigs called Lottie and Bertie - they were hilarious and so friendly running around the garden. I LOVE pigs!!

Our theme for the weekend was Conscious Communication - how consciously we communicate with others and more importantly how consciously we communicate with ourselves.  We did kriyas, meditations with mantra and meditations with breathwork to work specifically on this aspect of ourselves - to shift any stuck energies and blocks that no longer serve. We delivered sound baths and gong baths and I could tangibly feel the energy shifting over the weekend.  Truly a very humbling experience and one that I feel very honoured to be a part of.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in then we are hoping to run another retreat the last weekend in November and I will confirm dates as soon as I have them and again in May 2020. Send me an email to notify your interest.
